Our Services

We offer the following services to legal counsel, regulatory bodies, private individuals and organisations involved in drowning cases:

• Provision of independent, legally admissible reports and testimonial evidence for use in a court of law
• Appearing in person to provide oral evidence during official proceedings or investigations

Our team is familiar with the New Zealand High Court Rules and the code of conduct for expert witnesses. We maintain an acute sense of responsibility when accepting or declining a case if the brief is outside our scope of expertise or if an actual or perceived conflict of interest were to occur. There is no charge for the initial consultation.
